great location but room could use updates

The location is excellent for getting to Manhattan. Staff members at the front desk were particularly friendly and attentive.

I absolutely loved the warm atmosphere of the lobby, which is comfortably decorated and easy to navigate. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I required assistance with my baggage and asked for local dining recommendations.

Improved accessibility for seniors would be beneficial.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was comfy enough. The beds felt nice, and the room was clean. Good amenities too, like a decent shower pressure. The heavy doors were a bit annoying, though—they didn’t close by themselves. Overall, it did the job for our stay, but it wasn't brand new by any means.

i enjoyed my stay at hilton more than my previous visit to a nearby hotel in newark. it was great to have spacious rooms and a clean environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating this time. i truly appreciated the easy access to transit for my solo adventures.
